How do I configuer/conect my old G3 power book (OS9.2)

running at 3.0 GHZ . I m not noticing any instability and the CPU temp is 43 degree C , motherboard is 39 degree C. Are these safe paramaters. Im amazed to see the speed boost, but dont want to damage my CPU. Please comment/advice

Think of a X-BOX 360 game that has the greatest graphics you've seen. Consider the price. $400. Think of Flight Simulator X or a game with great graphics that has been on the X-BOX 360. Consider the price of the computer which can handle the settings equal to a X-BOX with great framerates. Expect the price of $1500 or even much higer. Is there something that Im not understanding? Is it because the PC has full internet access? Expanded hard drives? Office 2007? These are guesses, but why is this so?

im getting an imac but id just like to know about the processor more, if its a intel core 2 duo then wouldnt it be double the processor speed it claims to be(2.0 ghz) and what is 64 bit agriculture, and is it good to have a 64 bit agriculture because some software things like linux distrubutions(i just like to see whats happening in the linux world) say its not compatable with the 64 bit agriculture and is linux not compatable becuase its new technoledgy and how long has 64 bit agriculture been around, and is 64 bit agriculture not usally (if anything) supported by operating systems and is some software(if so please give a example) also not compatable too

ok so i have a pc and just recently go a mac book. my pc has all my itunes on it but it is borken and has no life in it. meening its so busted it cant be fixed. if i have all my songs on my ipod (80 gig video if it matters) can i still keep everything and transfer it onto my mac bok. or do i have to re-buy everything? if i can save my music how do i do it?

He is a lawyer, sole practitioner and has a very old computer. I, his secretary, have been nagging him about upgrading but he doesn't want to spend a lot of money. I bought an HP S3100N desktop. Now I am pretty good at computers but this is the first time I have seen anything about low profile PCI cards. Now the desktop is so small (the "s" in the model name stands for Slimline) that I believe I may have to add a low profile video card instead of a full size card; is this true and if so is there any differences between the installation process. no starting screen of the mother board just black screen with three beep only the duration of each one 1.5 sec and then nothing

i am building a new desktop, i am not a hardcore games but i do want my games to look decent when i play them.
so do i get a fast cpu and video card or can i skimp on the cpu a little and go for a really good video card?
im leaning towards the AMD 64 x2 series for a cpu and something like a nvidia 8000series. the gpu is more important for games right? do i need a super fast cpu? will that boost my speed while playing games if i get a faster cpu? or does the computer rely mainly on the gpu while playing games? i dont have a huge budget, and i will be getting a barebones kit and building up from there. probably less than $600, i no, i cant build a serious gameing machine for that price, but like i said before, im not hardcore. i just want my games to be smooth.
