I currently have a 500W PSU. Will that run one 320MB 8800GTS? What about if I want to run 2 in SLI? What will I need for that?

Thank you.

500W is not "pushing" it. The recommended power supply for that card is 400W. And when the manufacturer lists a recommended amount, they always leave extra cushion, so in reality it probably only need 350W, hence 500W is plenty. Now as for SLI, then 500W would be getting a little iffy, you would probably want to jump up to 550 or 600 just to be safe.
