running at 3.0 GHZ . I m not noticing any instability and the CPU temp is 43 degree C , motherboard is 39 degree C. Are these safe paramaters. Im amazed to see the speed boost, but dont want to damage my CPU. Please comment/advice

lower voltage just a tad to bring down temps... you'll do just fine
