My optic computer mouse is starting to stick. I want to buy another. I went to the store but some are 10 bucks and some 60 bucks. What should I be looking for in a good computer mouse.
Is a wireless worth the money..why do you need wireless??

I'm getting laptop and thursday and I'm trying to become well rounded. In 2004 my friend bought a laptop but his battery had messed up to the point where he couldnt turn the laptop on and use the laptop. Do they sell some kind of adapter where you can still use your laptop but you have to plug it up into a socket of course without a battery?

so...i currently have a 128 RAM and a AMD K7 processor 600MHz. I am about to get a 2 gb ram and an AMD X2 Dual Core, but im not changing the motherboard as it is too expensive and all the parts fit my current motherboard. My question is, by adding this will i be able to play games like san andreas on my pc??? also i have a 256 Nvidia video card, so by adding this, will my pc be able to play games like need for speed carbon??? oh and do i have to reinstall my OS Windows????????

I have tried to reinstall the drivers and check my connections. The printer is an HP Photosmart D7300 and has worked well for the past year. This is a recent development, and none of my equipment has been moved or tampered with. I am using an OSX application when I print.

I am building a new computer. I have a choice between a AMD Athlon 64 X2 4000+ or a AMD Athlon 64 3500+. I know one is a dual core, but the other one is a power house. I will be using this build for gaming mainly. So is there that big and noticeable of a difference between the two?

OK I know its an odd thing to collect but it stanted with a Nvidia TNT & just grew from there. Now its over 30 cards & growing. All cards work perfictly & have all the drivers on 1 CD. Some are just junk so to speak as they are not good for anything I mean they work but not a collectable or worth anything but others are were top of the line in there prime. Some of my Nvidia cards are: Geforce2 GTS, Geforce2 TI, Geforce2 ULTRA, Geforce3 Geforce3 TI200, Geforce3 TI500, Geforce4 TI4200, Geforce4 TI4600, MX440 8X, MX4000. Some of my ATI cards are ATI 7500, ATI 8500, ATI 9600PRO, ATI 9800XT, ATI X800SE, ATI X850XT PE, ATI X1600XT. I have 2 3D prophet cards a 7000, 7500. Some of the brands are Visiontek, Tyan, Hercules, Leadtek, PNY, Powercolor, Sapphire. I was thinking of listing them on EBAY as a lot & wanted to get an idea of what I should ask. I am sure I would get more if I listed them seperatly but that would be a hassel as there are so many. Do you think anybody would want them?

My laptop screen is cracked and needs to be replaced. Do you know how much it will cost to just get the new screen alone? And where can I go to get it replaced? Does Best Buy or Future Shop do this kind of thing? The laptop/ hard drive itself works fine btw.

my computer keeps out sparks. should i be worried? the other day one got in my hair & burned my scalp (had to go to the ER, but don't worry. everything's okay (just little hole)). the only reason im scared about this is because i have a pet parakeet right next to my desktop & im afraid it'll die from the sparks. help?!?!

I have a Dell Inspiron 5000e lap top. I would like to up-grade my processor from a Pentium 3 to a Pentium 4. Is there more to it than just getting the chip & putting it in? Does my machine have limitations which makes this up-grade a "no-go"?
