No. First of all laptop processors use different sockets to desktop processors so your desktops processor won't even fit (nor will a desktop motherboard fit into a laptop).

There's also the issue of heat buildup and cooling the processor. Whilst computer processors are quite happy running hot (as long as you don't go above 100 °C You'll be fine) there is a limit to what a laptop cooling system can do and cooling a desktop processor isn't going to be possible in the confined spaces of a laptop (there's a reason people finally stopped with the idiocy of putting desktop processors in laptops). Laptop processors are specifically designed for lower power consumption and heat generation so as to allow them to actually survive in a laptop (and not run the battery down in an hour or less).

Even if you did manage to get the processor out of your desktop into your laptop it would probably run really slow because the thermal protection circuits would underclock it very severely to prevent damage.
