I have motherboard INTEL, and the computer is SONY
On the motherboard i can see INTEL DESTOP BOARD d915gro/d915pro/d915gvro
I search for them in Intel.com but on resolts... I really need all drives for my motherboard but still don't know the type. If you can tell me from this info what type is my mother board I will be very thankful

I just bought a 1G Ram off line, When I put it in along with my 512mb is gets stuck at the Checking NVRAM Prompt, when i take the 512mb card out, and leave the new 1G in, My Moniter light just blinks on and off, and when i put my original Ram set-up back in, it works fine. did i get hosed?

I can't find a video driver that will work with it. Can anyone either tell me where I can find a video driver for the ATI Radeon X300 which is built into the Dell Latitude D610 which will work for Windows 98 or even point me to where I can get an answer to a technical question like this if not here. The Windows XP/2000 driver from Dell refuses to install on Win98 OS. There are a lot of old programs which will not run on XP that I want to use it for (it's not for internet connectivity so security is not an issue)

Is it worth it to buy the 8800 GTX ultra x2??

Will this improve my gaming performance at all or will it run the same as 1 card? I am looking for gaming performance not multitasking.. So basically the question is, will 2 video cards help out my framerate over 1 video card? And is the 2x Videocard thing just for two monitors or is it for performance... Ok I am buying a gaming computer that is custom. Now, I have to make a trade off. It is either the Intel QX6850 Quad processor and the GeForce 8800 Ultra Video Card.......OR.......The Intel E6850 Dual processor and 2 8800 ultra video cards. Which is the better pick?? Thank you! I got a Compaq Presario in February 2007. I have accidentally dropped it or stepped on it and now the screen is cracked. I call the company from where I bought the computer but they said that the insurance won't cover the damages. For how much can I sell it? Also, are there any websites where I can buy the screen for cheap? Or is there a place that fixes screens for cheap?

My video card is the ATI Radeon X1650 PRO 512MB AGP...

On the box it says that these are the external connections...

5-pin D-Shell (female) VGA output
DVI-I Output

TV-Out with S-Video Connector (TV-Out Version)
VIVO with S-Video Connector
HDTV Display Support

Anyways, in the box is a coord that could go into the classical keyboard/mouse slot, not the usb one, the one with like 7 pins. The wire then leads to 3 colored wires with holes in them, that my Wii yellow, red and white coords could fit into.

Not sure what all this mess is, but is it possible to hook my Wii up to my LCD Monitor?

Iv built this machine about a year ago and iv been adding parts ever since. I was bored 1 night and just thought id find out what people think on how good this machine is. Anyway here's the specs:

3.4Ghz P4 Processor
4Gb Ram
250Gb IDE hardrive and 80Gb SATA hardrive
ATI Sapphire Radeon HD 2600 Pro 512mb
Creative X-fi Xtreme Gamer
The case has about 5 fans on it for better air flow cooling.

I need help picking a AGP 4X/8X Video Card that is still good(able to play games like cod4). I know agp 4x/8x is not that great and even realy not being made no more. I need the last agp card that is good till i can save up even more to upgrade my whole pc. I rather get geforce but any card will do i guess.

THese two cards are the best cards i can find, one for geforce and one for ati. Please help me find which is better or find a better card.(plan on buting 2 gigs of memory with a total of 3 gig memory with a graphics card)

the new performance line of asus motherboards look incredibly hot and have a ton of features. However i am debating between buying a P5E3 Deluxe/WiFi-AP@n, the energy-saving one, and Asus P5K3 Deluxe WiFi-AP, the performanve one. They seem to have the same features and names, but why is the P5E version 100 dollars more?

My computer had 2 rams in it, one 64 at 100mhz and one 256 at 133mhz and everything was ok. Today I put in another two 256 at 133 mhz and took out the 64 one. When I turned on my computer I got this message "164 Memory size error" but after that my windows loaded normally and when I go to my computer it shows the total ram of 768. My question: Why did I get the error message? Should I leave the new rams in? Or is this going to 'cause any problems later on?

I want to have my xbox play on both my TV screen, and my laptop screen. How do i do that? and, if i can do that, can i record it with hypercam?

I tried hooking an S-Video cord up to the laptop and TV, but it put the laptop screen image on the TV screen.

The mouse was sticking and removed the bottom cover in order to clean it (have a Russian blue cat that sheds a lot); can't assemble it back as the scroll wheel has 2 metal spring-like parts which popped up when i opened it & don't know where they go. Any help, please???

Hello all! I am curious as to if I can hookup my 2.1 Logitech PC Speakers to my audio receiver so I can use them to watch tv, movies, or play PS3. My setup is as follows:

-PS3 to Receiver via HDMI for video, Optical for audio
Cable Box to Receiver via HDMI for video, Optical for audio
Receiver to TV via HDMI.

Now my PC speakers have a headphone jack connection that would normally connect to a soundcard, however I have an adaptop to convert from the headphone style connection to the red/white RCA cables. Where would this be connected on my receiver and how would I have to set it to use the speakers for all my devices? I have an Onkyo HDMI receiver.

ok, on my last post i thought my monitor/video wasnt working, but it was working fine, i took out one stick of ram and it worked fine(the comp ofcourse) but when i put 2 sticks it would boot, but turns on and off every 3 secs...and now its stuck like that even though i put 1 stick in..my mobo is p35-ds3r..someone plz help :D..ty btw i dont have a speaker case or speaker motherboard to show me the issue..

I have a pentium 4 computer. It works well but will shut down unexpectedly. It will run fine and then can shut down 4 times after that. I have to turn off the power and then turn it on and start up the computer. I am at a loss why this keeps happening. Any help would be appreciated.
