I tried downloading iTunes, but it wont let me because I have "not enough disc space". I delete anything I dont use and it never really makes a difference. Sometimes it says "critically low", what can I do? I need space on it, is there some way to get the disc space bigger so it can hold more? by the way, im on a laptop, if that makes a difference. PLEASE HELP ME!!!

My son-in-law just got his notebook computer back from a repair shop.

He ran it for awhile and when he was done, put in computer in Hibernation.

His computer is running XP.

Now, for some unknown reason, his computer is locked in Hibernation. He cannot get it out.

When he powers up, the fan turns on for a moment, then turns off and that's all that happens. He can't get into BIOS, Safe Mode or anything.

This has been extremely frustrating.

Any suggestions at all would be appreciated.

Thanks.

I plan on buying a new graphics card, and am wondering how I would remove the one that came with the computer, and put the new one in. The computer I have is a Windows XP, and it came with an Integrated ATI RADEON XPRESS 200, and am going to put a GeForce FX 5500AGP 256 MB into it instead. Anyone know how?

I'm looking into buying a new graphics card but I don't know how many watts my computer currently uses.

I looked on the back of the tower and the sticker said this:
"Raiting 100-127/200-240V ~, 6A/3A, 50/60Hz". Could someone explain to me what all this means? And can this be used to determine the watts my computer uses or would I have to take off the case and peek inside for that information?

I have an external hard drive, I added things from my computer to it. I took it to my friends house, loaded everything from the hard drive to his computer. Then, We tried taking things from his computer, but, it said that it couldn't modify the drive. Then someone told me I had to change the security setting or something on the hard drive to MSDOS so Mac could write to it. The only problem, There is no setting like that. Do I have to do something special to change it? Or, is that person completely wrong and I have to do something else, or can anything be done?

The options are:
1. No Express Upgrade to Windows Vista Selected [Included in Price]
2. Express Upgrade to Windows Vista Home Premium from XP Media Center Edition [ Free!]
3. Express Upgrade to Windows Vista Home Premium w/ Dell On Call Vista Support [add $49 or $1/month]
4. Express Upgrade to Windows Vista Business from XP Professional [ Free!]

I don't really wanna spend that $49, so I was looking at option 2 and option 4. If it's free, should I go ahead and select one of those, or is there any trick behind this?

It was working fine the last time she used it. But when she went to turn it on, nothing happens, except a light comes on inside of the computer. I checked the switch and it's working fine. It's getting power because the light comes on. The weird thing is, that her husbands computer is now doing the same thing. Except for when you turn it on, nothing happens. No light or anything.
