playing games on 15'4 inch.....?

Is playing computer games on a laptop which its screen is 15'4 inch(wide-screen) difficult?? for example to play for an hour or something.....
((15.4" W Screen XGA TFT Display resolution: 1280x800 with TrueLife))

My laptop screen is that size with truelife, but I don't really see why it would be difficult.(?) At least all of the games that I have played have been fine on it.
