I have a D-Link WBR-1310 router..
Before I switched ISPs, both of my ethernet and wireless connections worked.
However, when I switched ISPs to Rogers, only the ethernet worked and my computer was unable to detect the wireless network. I talked to three D-Link customer service agents via phone, was on the line for over 1 hour and 30 minutes, did everything they told me to do, tried contacting ISP, but they simply could not find out what was wrong. Everything is properly connected, I tried everything including power cycle, change all of the wireless settings, tried using all 11 channels, tried every kind of security setting, changing SSID, etc. but the computer was still unable to detect my wireless network. The computer CAN detect and connect to my neighbour's network though,
PLEASE HELP! I have used wireless internet for nearly 2 years and this has never happened to me before. I am puzzled as to why it would never work especially if everything is connected.
