Ummmmmm..... Bt is a very good one no problems take 5 mins to set up. But then as with all broadbands you have to wait for an hour for it to settle. We did have a 2101 router but it was rubbish so we asked for a home hub. Get that and the turbo g wireless adaptor. IT IS AMAZING.GETTING SPEEDS UP TO 54 MPS IN A 512KB AREA wow!!!!!

I would use Verizon Wireless for wireless broadband. Now if you are running out of the house but want something different then there is Hugh.net for sat internet service.

i use freedom2surf. they are good for me, i have no problems with connection or throughput levels. they have clear usage policies no woolly fup, no traffic shaping, no port blocking etc. and it is a monthly contract
the one downside is if you get a problem then their customer service can be pants, and since they were brought by pipex there has been some fear that this might have a negative impact on service/price although to date i have seen no evidence of this.
@tennis mad below...
Sorry to burst your bubble mate... the 54meg speed it the speed of the connection between the computer and the hub.. and it NOT the speed of your connection to the internet...which if you are in a 512k area will be 512 k...
sorry dude
if you don't believe me go to http://www.thinkbroadband.com/speedtest.html and see for yourself.

i use bt broadband and have not had a problem in 3 years.
however, do NOT use their white home hub router, it is pants.
ask for a voyager 2091 or 2010 . both wireless and much much better than the home hub.

Which ISP you choose has no bearing on the quality of your wireless connection, that's down to the quality and location of your wireless router.

First of all you need a DSL provider or a Cable provider. I prefer DSL
for wireless networking but Cable is faster.
