ok i just got a nes router and i have a modem and the interenet works fine but when i hook up the router the internet doesnt connect any ideas
p.s. its a netgear router siemens modem

the past few days it was at normal speed but now everything is slow my pc, my internet.
i fixed all the errors and i scanned my pc for viruses and i even cleared some of the files but it still remains slow.
Please can someone help me i cant even watch a video from youtube properly because its so slow

Just bought the hp pavilion dv2000, which has a built in web cam, but i cant seen to find the files to work it, it didnt come with a cd-rom.

I dried it out the best I could but not sure if I should plug it in and see if it works. How long should I wait to do this....should I just send it in to have it looked at or repaired first?

I would like to upgrade to a Core 2 Duo or some other kind of dual core CPU, but I am afraid of getting something that is not compatible. I upgraded my RAM to 2 gigs, a new power supply, and a Radeon 3850 video card if any of that matters. Thanks!

I need a wireless router for my MacBook with an Airport Extreme Wireless card installed.

What's the difference between the Airport Express Router and the Airport Extreme Base Station (802.11n) Gig Ethernet? As a person using this at home with 1 Mac, which one would be best?

alright so a couple of days ago my laptop stopped working because i blew out my battery..cause i use my laptop every single day for long periods of time..i had my laptop for about 7 months or so...its a dell inspirion 1501...alright so my battery is done..so which for my laptop has no battery life obv and turns off consistently..well i was using the laptop cause it was hooked up to the charger and was in the wall..but u know if that plug comes undone your laptop will turn off cause it the battery is done..okay so i was on it and it went out it was a usual thing for me i went to plug my charger into it and it ididnt come on and you can tell if the charger is working cause there is a little green light that lights up on the charger is on..well that light doesnt come on anymore but it did come on yesterday 1 time after i was messing with it for awhile and my laptop started to work again then turned off shortly so is my charger burned out too?! or something,i just dont know what to do.help

i am using the split function but some of my data is separated by a space some by a tab. I have set it up to recognise spaces but cant figure out how to get both space and tab recognised.

strinarr = linstrin.Split((" ".ToCharArray, StringSplitOptions.RemoveEmptyEntries)

The above works well for spaces.

Ok, i got the new powerpoint program and whenever i try to animate one word the whole row fades in. I'm doing a project on Genetics so I want parts of the Punnett square to fade in separately (and i tried doing it with a table but the whole table fades in instead of just one of the genotype letters, if theres a way to fix that please also let me know). my computer can turn on without the cpu although it doesn't show anything but as soon as insert the cpu it wont turn on, all that comes out is a slight clicking sound,i even tried inserting the cpu whle it is running and that just shuts it off. so what part of the motherboard d you think is broken? i know it not the cpu itslf since i tried using a newer one, my board uses a type a(462) socket

hi i am currently having trouble about opening my NAT port on my Xbox360 and need help with this problem... i called microsoft and they asked who made the router and i looked on the back it has Actiontec on it..... then Microsoft gave me the number to call Actiontec... But when i call action tech this automated voice message comes up and says "please enter the pin# folloed by the pound key".

1. how do i get the pin# to call Actiontec?

2. can i call my Internet Service Provider (verizon) to unlock my NAT port?

3.where can i find this specific pin# to get through to actiontec

i have clocked my cpu to 3.45ghz with the voltage at stock 1.4v. will i be able to push it anymore if i up the voltage? i have a decent cpu cooler and ram that will take a good overclock, but im not sure if the cpu will even go much above this speed. ive tried going further without upping the voltage and its unstable but i dont want to fry the chip with too much power!

To free up space and keep our internet running faster, I often delete internet files and searches to keep the internet running faster. (This actually works.) However, some of the searches on the drop-down search (When you type in something to the browser, a name of a site comes down below it) won't delete on my computer. I've deleted history, temp files, cookies, and AutoComplete many times but they won't go away. Anyone have any ideas?
