Well actually the WG311T is just a PCI adapter card not a router. NAT has to be opened at the ROUTER!!! Not the adapter card!! So what ROUTER are you running?

Add-- Look at the router for the model number, its the device you use to connect into, the one which connects to your DSL, Cable, etc! If what you are using to connect into wirelessly is NOT YOURS then you have other problems! For instance, if your wireless adapter is connecting you to your neighbors wifi router, you are breaking the law. (In Mich, and Fla and some other states, its a felony! That is the case in the US, Canada, and the UK by the way!) Not to mention that they have access to YOUR computer as well!!! So everything you do on the internet is available to the router owner! You are networked to that system!
Now if they gave you specific permission, you should be able to get them to "open" the ports!
