make my speach out,i have a head set with a built in microphone that was provided and its a creative web cam,and i am using windows live, any help before i go and buy another one please

I bought the Sapphire Radeon X1950PRO 512MB DDR3 (PCI-E) awhile back, it's doing fine, however it should be doing alot better, seeing I get a few FPS (30's - 40's) and goes up to high 90's when there's nothing happening ingame on the Steam Source engine on Med/High. I run BF2 at Low on 64 player servers.

Hardware requirements (As said on box.)
450 Watt - power supply
AMD Athlon 64 / K7
Monitor : Hi- Reso MultiSync of multi-frequency monitor or any other type of VGA monitor
DFP or CRT display monitor.

Details..-
I bought this refurbished computer awhile back.
Sempron 3400 (Processer)
512 + 256 MB Ram (DDR1, 200MHZ because of a bad motherboard)
350 Watt power supply.


No, no viruses, I use NOD32, and CCLean, defrag alot. Yes, the video card is plugged into the power supply, in this order - Power supply -> CD drive -> Video card.

Hardware runs fine, ATI drivers updated to 7.12 (Latest).

I'm thinking I need to build a new computer, save the video card. Or save money by upgrading.

When i bought A HP Laptop i got a Norton Internet security with a subscription of 60 days.
Now when it is over i have to register; when i try to enter a new product key no character is being entered in the field please help me I am in serious trouble!!!

I want to limit 1 other computer's internet access by speed by using a program you only need to use at one end (without a client). i have a broadband modem 4 port ethernet with 2 pc's accessing it (me and the other pc-- both very decent gaming computers). Is there a program to do such a thing??

I have a Geforce3 Ti200 card and I want to upgrade it to higher version. I wonder what will really change if I upgrade it.
Also I have games installed on my PC and they only require 64MB and my card is 128MB but it still crashes sometimes. can upgrading it be benefitial to that problem.

Ok, so I have a new comp. It's an AMD X2 5600+ with 3 gigs of ram and a 500 gig hard drive. The only problem is the graphics card, it pretty much blows. i want to upgrade so I can play Crysis in at least almost it's full glory. Will adding a Nvidia 8800 GT 512 mb card do the trick? And is the GT much worse than the GTX? I heard in performance reviews it was almost exactly the same...for half the price. I'm big on frame rates....so I'm hoping i'll be able to run it with the graphics set fairly high while keeping the game smooth. Any help would be awesome, thank you.. P.S This questions probably been asked already, but I don't think it has with my computers specs.

i had jasc animation shop 3 until i deleted because i tried opening a video with it and it said no virtual memory or somthing and the computor wont let me play vids on it. how can i fix this?? can i delte some of the virtual memroy that is being taken up

Right now i'm playing Bioshock.First i played in high settings.it was looking stunning but it was hardly 2-3 FPS.But graphics was good.My PC is:duel core 2160 at1.8 (3.10) 1 gb RAM 8400 gs (oc) XP.My graphics card produced the graphics pretty well.if i add another gb of ram will the FPS improve like 10-13.

I have a D-Link 2.4 GHz Wireless Router, model no. DI-614+.

It is connected to my cable modem. It was working fine and we had a wireless network but we could not remember the password and i wanted to use it for my computer so i reset it by pushing in and holding the reset button. It then made a wireless network called "default" and it says that both my computer and my brother's computer are connected to it, but neither of them are actually able to access the internet.
As soon as I reset it, our desktop computer that was connected to the cable modem stopped having internet access as well, though it said it was connected to the internet.
On my bro's PC it says that the signal quality is "excellent" and on my macbook I have 4 bars on the airport signal, and yet it won't allow either of us to connect.

please help! I'm at my friend's house using her internet but nothing I did at home fixed it.

Here's what I want to happen:
(I know this requires HTML coding, so please tell me what i have to do to accomplish what I'm trying to do)

I want there to be background music playing. When you move your mouse pointer over a certain part of a picture, it pauses the background music, makes that area bigger, and autoplays a certain song for that certain area. When you move your mouse pointer away from that area, the area gets smaller, that area's music stops/pauses, and the background music resumes.

I know how to do the rollover effect needed to make the areas bigger, and I also know codes for embedded music players (but new ones would be REALLY NICE!). So please, HELP! thanks!

Okay, I am new to this. Currently I have 512MB of RAM installed on my computer apparently. (256MB and 256MB) I want to make my computer faster and I am told getting this would help, but I am wondering how much? And what exactly will getting more RAM improve? All I can afford right now is a 512MB, so I can replace one of the 256MB.

This is the one I am looking at buying. It is the only one that my computer supports.
