Okay, so I recently downloaded the trial for Photoshop Elements 6.

I used Photoshop before so I knew most of it, but how do I get patterns on my brushes instead of just a solid color?

Please help! :(

If it's like Photoshop the regular one, then it's on your upper right brush options or something, when the brush tool is selected. Just expand that panel or thing and it should give you options.

If you open the Editor, on the right you should have the Effects panel (or else click on Window > Effects). There are four icons on top of the panel: the second one opens the Layer Styles and if you click on the drop down menu just on the right you'll be able to choose the style you want, Patterns included.
