How to Backup and restore sites in WHM?

I have access to the root of both.

Thanks Tracy for the help but my question was about
1. WHM not Cpanel
2. I need the restore procedure as well.

Can any one giude me on this.

This may sound dumb but how about getting the full manual for CPANEL so you know how all of it works?
