really really urgent help needed immedietly?

i wa cleaning my laptop keyboard which is an advent and i have rotated my screen 90 degrees anti clockwise this has took me about 10 mins to get on i really badly need help please help thanks

Hi. From the web. "Control-Alt-Right Arrow" can cause this and "Control-Alt-Up Arrow" should fix it.
