Is it still under guarantee? Take it back to the Place of Purchase, and ask for a new one, that works. They sold you a defective Lap Top

Computers are not designed to utilize multiple keyboards at once.
There would need to be separate drivers and operational programs to run them individually.
But the laptop has most likely replaced the factory keypad with the wireless model, but the hardware is still active and sending signals.
The reason the buttons are wrong is because they are being processed by the new keyboard drivers.
I'm not sure if this can be remedied.
I don't understand why you require a wireless keyboard on a laptop computer...

Hi. The software that you loaded for the wireless mouse may have changed the country settings. Try rolling back the keyboard driver in 'Control panel'.

I'd contact tech support of the manufacturer of the wireless keyboard. Maybe there is a language setting. But it sounds like it is simply malfunctioning junk. If they can't help or you can't get a refund, throw the keyboard out from a high window. That will fix it.

I have a keyboard where some signes and letters are in the wromg place, is that what you mean? For instance my@ sign is on my number 2 key and vice versa. Hopes this helps even if it does sound obvious!

Check if you have "Num Lock" on. If you don't it could be causing some letters to produce numbers if you press them and can hae the same affect on numbers as well.

I don't mean to insult you, but... are the letters on the keyboard in the correct order? Because it sounds to me like someone pranked you, and switched the letters on your keyboard around.
Correct order is:
QWERTYUIOP
ASDFGHJKL
ZXCVBNM
Good luck.
