im so bored and need to kill an hour.. anyone know of something i could do to pass time?? I'm all out of ideas...HELP!!!

situation:

two computers share internet connection via a router.
one of the computers is turned on, whereas the other is off.

will the pc (that is on) have access to the internet?

should the router be turned on?

Im using Vista Panel to make my website. I uploaded all the files into the htdocs. When i click on the preview of my website, some text shows up but no all the images??

put it into mine so that I can partition it? A friend installed a brand new out of the box hard drive, but his cd-rom drive doesn't seem to be reading his drivers disk. I slid the disk into MY computer's cd-rom drive and it worked. So, is it possible to take out his hard drive and install it into my computer just so it could read the disk and also install an OS on it?

I just purchased Fujitsu lifebook N6460, but instead of windows vista, i decided to get windows XP on it instead, and with windows XP, i can not install the TV tuner i recieved, which wasn't a big deal for me since I just want to play some games connected to my TV!

On the TV tuner, there is a little slot where i can insert a line which i also recieved with my labtop (which splits into the yellow, white, and red lines) so I went and purchased sound/video connector which i can plug into the tv tuner, and into my TV, but it does not show anything~!

did i purchase a wrong cable line? please help me with this problem, I am very eager to get this working on my TV >.<

I have an e-machine model T3112, it came with a 80GB ATA hard drive, I'm trying to install a sata 300 on my computer cause I wanna update my hard drive but still have the ATA drive. I have everything hook up right and my sata drive is not been detected. I try using disk management and the sata drive still not there. My computer spec. are 1.80GHz with 1.25GB ram. I need help here, especially from someone who's well-versed in posting to different blog sites from wordpress.com

This incident started yesterday. I'm promoting different websites through my blog posting and since yesterday, as I was about to "PUBLISH" an article to a blog site, I was redirected back to "Writing New Post" and the article that I just tried to post is not on the list anymore of posted blogs when you click on the Manage button. So, I tried to post it to other blog sites from wordpress.com until I have found a "working" one where I've successfully posted my blogs. A friend of mine who's a technician told me there might be something wrong with the server of wordpress.com.....pls. help. i need another opinion...this kind of thing disrupts my work. thanks in advance.

I heard it's going to be awesome. With inpenetratable security, flip 3D, an awesome (not resource hogging) Aero interface that will make you piss yourself with joy, DirectX10 support, Windows Media Center, the NOT ANNOYING AT ALL user account control. when i start i am getting messege " windows cannot find SSVICHOSST.EXE "
For this i downloaded your file Heal-godzilla from piyush labs and executed the file,
still the same messege appears after restarting the system.

PECULIAR OBSERVATION:

while giving password for my username key board key "i" is working
but after logging in, this "i" key is not working along with

b,f,g,h,i,j,k,r,t,w,y, ----- all these keys are not working after logging in

Mine just died. It was a 300gb one. I was thinking about replacing it because I needed more space anyway. Because this happened, I'm now thinking instead of getting one of those 1tb ones, I should buy two 500gb ones.
