Of course you ignore it. For a start, if you have XP, then a Vista update is useless. Then, if there are any Window updates, they are reported by Microsoft, not by Zone Alarm, or any other company.

Window Internet Explorer up dates your computer, and yes the up date on XP are great and so is vista, so don't over look it and get it if you have to, vista is the best so far my daughter has vista and it's awesome and has easy acces to everything

You can probably ignore it. It probably is just referencing an update that is compatible with Windows Vista. You could do the update as well, if it is a new program version. But if it ain't broke...

Vista is lovely but when I first got it it was incompatable with everything. OK now & I think support & compatability problems have been resolved.
