It depends on the speed of the memory.

At Dell: http://search.dell.com/results.aspx?s=dhs&c=us&l=en&cs=19&k=128+sdram&cat=all&x=8&y=8
the price can vary from
$44.99: 128 MB PC133 SDRAM 168-pin DIMM Memory Module to
$317.99: 128 MB SDRAM 168-Pin DIMM Memory Module

According to CNet: http://reviews.cnet.com/4520-3038_7-5021181-1.html
Memory buying guide
"256MB of PC133 SDRAM selling for less than $50."

The problem is you have to have all the memory of the same size and running at the same speed and if you don't know what the speed of your current memory is then you will have to replace that stick as well to add more memory.

To further complicate the issue certain processors are built to handle certain types of memory and at various speeds so you need to find the specifications for your CPU.

According to: http://www.kahlon.com/category.asp?catID=1
$21.00: 128MB high Performance PC 133 MHZ, ECC, CL3 SDRAM Module to
$31.00: 128MB high Performance PC 66 MHZ, CL2, ECC, SDRAM

It all depends on the SPEED of your memory and what speed your CPU will run.
