this is with reference to service provided by hcl support team because which i am suffering from last one month.
I had taken a brand new laptop and the keyboard the laptop started giving me problem in just one month and when i approached to the service center, they said its an physical damage, and i will have to purchase a new keyboard, which i said yes to them, since i did not wanted to waste time in arguing about the warranty and all that stuff.
It has been more than one month and i have not yet received my keyboard yet. and when i call up at service center they don't know when it will come.
I Really don't understand the kind of service is hcl is providing to their customer and if it is like that only, then i think need to approach the consumer court for the same.
I believe every company has their support rules and if the company can not give the service to their customers then i think company should close their business and go away rather than harassing the customers.
