this is with reference to service provided by hcl support team because which i am suffering from last one month.

I had taken a brand new laptop and the keyboard the laptop started giving me problem in just one month and when i approached to the service center, they said its an physical damage, and i will have to purchase a new keyboard, which i said yes to them, since i did not wanted to waste time in arguing about the warranty and all that stuff.

It has been more than one month and i have not yet received my keyboard yet. and when i call up at service center they don't know when it will come.

I Really don't understand the kind of service is hcl is providing to their customer and if it is like that only, then i think need to approach the consumer court for the same.

I believe every company has their support rules and if the company can not give the service to their customers then i think company should close their business and go away rather than harassing the customers.

I fully agree with you with regard to deficiency of service by such companies towards its customers. These Companies should to better close their business & move out of India rather harassing the customers. The question here regarding moving the Consumer forum & filling a complaint against such company for deficiency of service no doubt is legal option open for you, but here the harassment you have already suffered by the Multinational Company will only multiply rather getting solved. I say so because the total time you will be wasting in such consumer complaint & it’s out come, no doubt in your favor will be wasting your two to three years. No doubt you will get relief by the consumer forum & even you may not be charged for a new keyboard but may get compensation & interest for the damages you suffered in the form of monetary form, but only at cost of few years of waiting for this whole issue to be finally settled in your favor. So the best course left for you in such case is to go in person to the service station of this company, meet the service station in charge, tell him frankly in a hard tone the trouble you have been because of their inefficient services & even make a note regarding this in their customer complaint register so that it goes in the knowledge of the regional head of this company. Even after meeting this customer care chief write a strong worded complaint to the regional head of this company, copy kept & sent this by registered post even mention that any further delay to ratify your laptop within two weeks time, you will be formally filling a complaint against this company in the consumer forum for damages & compensation at their risk & cost. This way you will be preparing documents for the ultimate complaint in case to the consumer forum if every thing fails.
