I'm trying to copy an image from another source in to Photoshop, but it turns out almost blurry, as if I have a limited amount of colors to work with. How do I get it clear? The problematic image can be viewed at http://i5.tinypic.com/72fo6y1.png for reference.

Save it onto your computer and open it up with photoshop, that would be your best bet.

Check what resolution it has before trying to import it then set the resolution on the photoshop page you are pasting onto to the same. Mismatched resolution is often the cause of blurred images. It could be that the original is too small to see the blurring until it is enlarged, or you are enlarging it too much for the resolution of the original image.

Is that before or after you copied it.
Photoshop won't blur an image unless you blur it yourself. If you start off with a clear focused image then the image you copy will be clear and focused.

Open it in Photoshop.

Well copying an image with another source of format can destruct its pixels and make it blur. the best thing you do is to import this with a jpeg. format by means of saving it using photoshop or other photo editors like Corel Draw photopaint and change its format to jpeg. so you can edit and upload it easily throughout the web.

If you are using the image for the web you have to use "Save for Web" (File/Save for Web...) Be sure to view it "optimized" so you can see exactly what it is going to look like. A web image should be converted to 72 dpi. Figure out what size it will be on your web site and then re-size it accordingly. (Image/Image Size...) That is the short and simple answer.
