I don't know what 'star IT-es' means but Microsoft's software is vulnerable because they like to concentrate on ease of use rather than security.

Not entirely Microsofts fault though. If there systems were more secure, the dumb public would find them harder to use and complain like little bitches.

I can imagine the support calls now... "I forgot my password... WAAAH!" - a bit like here really.
