Our in home network is Cable, through Roadrunner we run a wireless connection between a desktop and two laptops. My question is, is the ISP based on the network connection, or is it based on the individual computers?

I put all my data in each cell, now I want to print out the graph as is. Whenever I do print, only the info is printed and none of the cells (lines) appear. Help!

I upgraded (some IE 7 upgrade,dunno which) and after the mandatory restart XP does not see the restart! I still have the little Auto Update yellow "shield". I can't install ANYTHING else because "another program or update is waiting to restart the computer". Restarted prolly 10 times now and nothin. I have even re-installed XP and still can't get rid of the yellow shield. How can I dump the need for a restart?!

it lists the cookies that it thinks are threats in red and it says i should take action against them some have registry keys but some dont also they have references to windows and stuff what do i do? i dont wanna delete something that is important but also dont want sh+t adverts that have started when i opened a face book site they have only started since then thanks!

i need the code to tell me data[0] is an ineger (although its been defined as a string)
but data [2] is NOT an integer

I would like to set up a chat room so friends and family could join a group discussion, preferably using a video link too. I know YM has a conference facility but i was wanting something independant. What happens if I never activate windows XP or Vista? does the entire OS lock up and you cant even boot it up no more or it will not start or something, or if i do not activate it I just cant downlaod updates and junk like that, but the OS still works to use?

intel core 2 duo T 7300 2.0 ghz
2 gb RAM
Nvidia 8600 GMT
120 GB 5400 rpm ghard drive
it's a vostro and i should be able to play most games; however when i play half life 2 my computer gets really hot and starts making all this noise and sometimes the game freezes. No it's not the problem with my hardware because even the game itself is recommending my system to the highest possible video settings and my computer has a 5.3 on the vista scoring index thingy. So is it safe for me to continue playing?

I have been looking for a new computer and have found that a computer with a dual core 3.2 is about the same price as a core 2 duo 1.8. I have also read that the core 2 duo is about 30% faster than a dual core. Do they mean at the same clock speed? ie a core 2 due at 3.0 is 30% faster that a dual core at 3.0? Also does that mean that a dual core 3.2 is about as fast as a core 2 duo at 1.8?

If they are talking about price point then it doesn't seem to make a difference because you get the same performance for the dollar with both?

Im a student persuing my way to get a bs degree in computer tech and my course track is multimedia. Where can i find job titles and descriptions in the computer tech field? im trying to figure out what to do with myself after school. I'm selling a PDA watch that I haven't used in several months, because I got a blackberry. I was lazy, and only just listed the item last week. I should have tested it first, but I was stupid and tested it later instead. Normally the battery lasts 1-2 days. Now I find that the battery only lasts 1-2 hours. However, the item already has some bids on it. Can I cancel the listing and if so, how do I do it? If I can't cancel it, do I revise? And if I'm only able to revise it, do I contact each bidder and let them know the new information?

So I contacted each of the two bidders, and I also posted a revision on the description yesterday. eBay didn't send me a reply until this morning. However, now I find you cannot cancel a listing if it's under 12 hours left, and unfortunately that's the case.

I have a huge assortment of music in my Real Player library that I occasionally use for PPT presentations. Problem is...I always have to haul my laptop with me to cue up the song to my presentation.

How do I (if I can) embed a song within a presentation? If this is possible, can I then cue the song (once it's embeded) to start at a certain point?

I am not too computer savvy, but I have taught myself a few things here and there.
