Every now and then, I like to change the picture that is on my desktop on my computer. Recently, when I go to change it, the list of pictures to select is gray and I can't click on it. It only lets me change it to a color, and not a picture. I tried changing it through MY PICTURES, but that doesn't work either. Any suggestions? I'd really appreciate it.

I'm trying to download limewire onto my Mac. The only problem is, it requires Java 1.5 or later to run. The pop-up that informed me of this said that upgradinbg to a later version of OS X could solve this problem. But, how do I do that? Any help is GREATLY appreciated. I brought my laptop to a Computer Store, they spent two days with it and returned it with no answers. They suspect (as I do) that I've fried the motherboard. I have an older laptop, could I (should I) attempt to switch the motherboards, or am I treading in areas beyond my capabilities? The whole idea was to save money by purchasing a used machine, so I don't want to simply replace the whole laptop. Thanks!

I have a Radeon X600 256MB HyperMemory and Radeon X600 256MB HyperMemory Secondary with a PCI bus. (I Think I Said That Right). Two Cards caught my eye, the Invidia EVGA Geforce 7800 GS CO ,and the ATI Radeon X1650 Pro 512MB APG. Will they work, which one is better? If not what would you recomemend? What I'm Aiming for is Next Gen Graphics without the next Gen Price.

PS: I Have a Dell Dimension E510 Desktop That runs on Windows XP.

I plugged my ipod in, and quickly unplugged it because I didn't have time to wait for it to recognize it. Ipod's fine, but now none of my ports have power. I know this because when i plug in my wireless receiver, the power to light doesn't come on. Is there any way to reset my drivers or something to fix it?

Unbeknown to me I could only change the region on my DVD player on my laptop a limited amount of times. Now its stuck on a region of which I have hardly any DVDs. Have tried loads of things. Any idea how I could get it to play normal region DVDs?
