You can download some pretty good free anti-virus scanners online. One you can get for free is AVG Anti-Virus Free Version. WOAH WOAH WOAH !! hold up !!!! dont take it to any store yet lol ,and watse your money , try restoring your computer , to the day before or a couple of days before you got the bug / virus and it will get rid of it for you , it is located in the programmes > accessories > system tools > restore comp , good luck :-D

Download microsoft onecare. free 90 day trial, but it will clean up your virus now.
I've just got rid of a worm called brontok from 3 of my pc's, and they are all working fine again!

System Restore back to a time when all was well, then get something like AVG free anti-virus & spyware programs in quick.
