A large PDF was sent to me in low res. I want to print it in high res. What do I do to convert it. I have PDF Converter Professional 4 and the document is in Pagemaker.

You can't the detail required to convert to high res is REMOVED when saved as low res.
You cannot put back detail that's not there.

The fastest and easiest is the use of a Photo Editing Program, like any of the Adobe programs

Adobe's programs allow you to change resolutions and formats quite simply.
