how do i make sure that my internet history is cleared?

i want to know how to make sure none of what i look at the internet is still available on my computer. not that i have much to hide, but i want to make sure that some private stuff can't be found if someone else uses my computer. i use the internet settings option, what else do i need to do?

The Internet Options is implamented in Microsofts Software and is your only option without installing something like ONYX.
