Definitely Ultra Extreme is best. But why invest in such expensive DX10 card now when DX10.1 is in the horizon.

Probably go for the Ultra Extreme. It's a better performer and you're only talking another $70 in cost....

The previous poster has a point, the 9 series cards are supposedly arriving around the holidays (but that could be delayed)

Neither. Wait until the 9's come out before you fork that kind of dough out.
