The basic idea is that it will show who visited your site, whether they left a remark or not.
The problem is it works by knowing who the people who have installed it are, so having it installed, means you are exposing your own visiting patterns.
Persistent recalls to their site to view info, leaves you vulnerable to other drive-by infections.

Best avoided.

If it sounds too good to be true it probably is. Keep away from it.
