when i put a dvd in my comp it wont auto read and even when i go to my comp and look it up it wont read the dvd. so is there a way i can dowload something off the internet for free? cuz im a lil short on cash at the moment.

Help! I am trying to copy a bunch of files which contain pictures to a CD. I have all the equipment, but I am unsure how to do it. I am new to all this,Sorry. I use the program Piccasa for all my pictures, and now I want to start saving them onto a CD. any advice?? Thanks

My friend was looking at porn on my computer when I wasn't there and he went to the bad sites. Please don't judge me and say it was me. It was my friend. It happened to me before which is why I stopped going to those sites. If any of you guys can help me, please do. I know that when he went to the site he downloaded something but I can't find it. When I go to control panel and add/remove programs it shows up but it won't let me remove it.

ma friend did that before, but he lost the program...
i did install one program i found.. but the problem was the when i commented not only that it left my comment but it also left an advertisment... on each comment..

but when my friend did it.. it didn't leave an advertisment... just what he wrote...

Ok, here we go. I was working on my comp and i removed the RAM sticks and put them back in. after that the comp would not not boot up, it powered on but did not beep or boot up. along with that there is no signal being sent to the monitor. i have checked the plugs and have re-seated the graphic card and don't know what els to do. along with this the RAM sticks get REALLY hot while it is powered up (don't know if that is normal but worth mentioning)

I keep getting this popup things that say DLL file missing and one that i just recieved is called C:/WINDOWS/privacy_danger/index.html

Well I want to make a DVD for my pictures but I want to put music in. Will it be ok for me to play some songs on iTunes (because I have an iPod, don't we all these days?) and put the songs on the disc? Also the pictures go in my documents so when I'm in the folder of the pictures I want to put on, can I just click on "Copy all items to CD"? And there are two types of CDs -- DVD+R and DVD-R. Which is good for a DVD that I'm trying to make? Also this guy at the store said that one of the types (I told you above) of DVD blanks would start recording from the middle to the end, and the other would start recording from the end to the middle, which DVDs do that?

HELP!!! My mom's friend is bringing a disc tomorrow for me to try putting on pictures and I really want music on. And she did not do it with Powerpoint or Windows Movie Maker and it still worked for her.

I need to remove Norton from my computer. When I tried using the Add Remove Wizard, It prompts me to insert the disk. I no longer can find the disk.

I have use of a different program through my ISP and need to remove Norton first.

I have tried doing it by regedit, but there are some entries that will not allow me to remove them.

What next can I do?
