Yeah, it's easy. Type the word; right click on the word and click "Translate." You may need to change the language to which it is translating to.

This can be done by adjusting your WORD installation. Go into the WRITING TOOLS sections of the CUSTOM Installation. There you will find many languages. Click on the one you wish to add to your installation and then finish the installation.

You could try Babel Fish. They translate just about anything from anything. Try babelfish.yahoo.com
