my friend already made this one for me but i want to know how to do it myself is there any online photo editor that you know of can do this....PLEASE HELP..!!

download and install Google's Picassa 2, and import about 7 or 8 pictures into the "photo tray." Then choose Collage down at the lower right of the window. You'll probably have to play with the # of photos, and maybe the order in which you place them in the Photo Tray, but the Collage makes this exact effect.
And, Picassa 2 is free.
Otherwise, yes Photoshop or you might want to check out any number of download sites and search for "create collage" or similar terms. You might just find an app that does it better than your example, and better than what Picassa offers.

Well............You can buy photoshop at target (but it's like $600)
Or you can go here lunapic.com
It's not the best website but it's good.
