White Apple Macbook or Sony Vaio CR Series (Pink)???

Question

I would like to get a laptop, however I dont know if I should get the White Apple macbook or the Sony Vaio CR Series (pink).

I am a student, so I carry my laptop most of the times. The most frequently things I use my laptop is for internet search, movies (google), MS office, music, and some autocad..

Have you asked yourself why a Macbook?
Is it because you keep hearing from everyone it's better, or because you have actually tried their OS and know it's better?

And it seems previous answeres don't read your question fully. If you are running AutoCAD, specially AutoCAD-2007, or newer, you are better off with a PC(ie Windows machine). You could dual boot(like you could get Windows to run on the macbook), but the video memory of the macbooks is not good enough for AutoCAD2007+

On the other hand, the CR series doesn't have that much Graphics power as well. It's better than the macbook, but you might still experience some slow rendering depending on how complex your AutoCAD projects are.

If you really like pink, and want it to run really smooth, consider a Dell 1420, and under video card select the Nvidia 8400M option. I know there is a hughe difference between a Dell and a Sony, so another good option from Sony would be the FZ series which is still a pretty good looking one..

apple macbook. it does not get viruses. u can run windows in a window in mac os using a program called parallels.

why not a pink macbook? http://www.colorwarepc.com/products/select_macbook.aspx they cost a little more, but you have to admit, it IS style
