Oh dear !

No It's not a memory problem !

You've got a spyware problem. I'd recommend you back up all your files to a separate CD/Disc and have some one re-install windows.

As soon as windows is ready, I'd recommend Avast! Antivirus.
It's completely free and regularly updated.

Good Luck !
You can also request a free registeration key via e-mail is you want to continue using it after 30 days.

Seems like part of a virus or spyware was cleaned out of your system, but part of it was left over.

If you go to ...

START
RUN
type in: msconfig

GO to the START UP (tab)

Scroll the list and locate the one that has the path to C:/WINDOWS/privacy_danger/inde

And remove the checkmark out of the box next to it.

Then scan your system with these two antispyware programs...

SUPERANTISPYWARE: http://www.superantispyware.com/

and.......

X-Cleaner Micro Edition online scanner powered by ActiveX found here :http://www.spywareguide.com/onlinescan.php

The Active X download will pop up in your yellow information bar, download it and install it. If the scanner doesn't pop up right away, click once more on the xcleaner picture on the website, that usually jump starts it.

*Note* Right now the program is due for an update, and will pop up a update warning, just ignore it and click OK , the scanner still works

Remove what suspicious programs it finds.

Before you go to the extent of wiping your hard drive and re installing everything, try running a spyware program such as Adaware, or Spybot, some are free, but remember you get what you pay for....:)

Clear it up, and as was mentioned, PROTECT YOURSELF!!!

Sounds like a virus, do an anti-virus scan and see if that helps.
