A message appeares asking to get latest flash player but i am not able to install anything..If i press install now also there is no use.I don't know whether i have installed the required java.Please help.

ok i know my stuff about computers but i havent really had the time to research the dx10 thing. but i ahve a dell laptop and im running vista with dx10 but i dont want to wipe it out and i want to put my games on here but there dx9 games. so what im asking is, is there somthing to download to were i can flex to dx9 games and the laptop is dx10 the rest of the time?

The toshiba laptop tecra s2 is booting, after the toshiba logo comes then there is a screen which asks to login through safe mode, through networking, through command prompt, last known good configuration, normally. After this screen, I bet a blue screen which says the system is shut down abruptly, it gives me an advice to use chkdsk command in the command prompt, I cannto even use the recovery CDs. please help me to repair windows or what do i need to do.

I hate it gets on my last nerve i get sent tons of it every day i block the users and wake up the next day to check my emails and there it is again SPAM from the same dam persons or companys just named differently any advice how to stop it compleatly?

I don't understand.

My computer specs

3.0ghz intel pentium 4 processor
1.5gig of RAM
256MB Nvidia Gforce fx 5200

no viruses
no adware
ive cleaned the registy recently
i clean it regularly.

15Gb space left on HD (could that be the problem?

anybody know why my computer is running slow? specially when playing games.

I have all the updated drivers for all my harware too.

I have a Dell Photo AIO printer 964 and everytime I print photos or something in colored ink the picture is mostly green. If I print in black it's fine. Does anyone know how to take the greenish color off?

I just got my Macbook Pro back from the service centre, where they replaced the LCD (the last one had developed some white spots). I got home, removed the protective sheet and realized that the screen is now a glossy one instead of matte. Have they made a mistake? What are the pros/cons of a glossy screen?

I have a 20 gb drive that is full so I added a 80gb slave I then dragged a Lot of files from c to h drive but I am still not gaining space on my c drive. after I copy and paste to H drive I delete the file on C but still nothing also I have 3 user accounts on xp and want to have everything seperated on the H drive

I have a person that I know that is hacking my computer. He is Computer engineer, and somehow does it by going to Start, Cmd and entering some sort of command. He even told me how he does it. I have a relatively big office with around 300 computers. I have a special server which is connected to the internet. I have a conference room where I want to setup a wi-fi hotspot so my customers can connect to the internet in that room. How is that possible. I borrowed my newly turned 17 yr old daughter's laptop to do some work and when I clicked on the browser bar to to see if google was already there, 2 porn sites were also. Would she have had to actually type these in or could they be there from going to another website? I have typed in something like youtube.com and a porn site came up on the screen. Could it be something like this?? It wouldn't be her norm (or so I would think) and she denies going to it.
