I got sucked into a deal where you buy a whole bulk of ink cartridges for your printer at a discount price. Since I have bought them, our printer quit working and we had to get a new one (nothing to do with the ink, just a very well used printer) Well, now I have 7 ink cartridges that are not what go in our new printer. Is there a way I can sell them or does anyone know a company who will take them?

My P.C's tower keeps making the same beeping noise over and over again and turning itself off

It has been on all day (and used heavily) is it somthing to do with it being overheated?

Every time I turn it on again it keeps beeping and nothing happens it doesnt load up

Its a windows xp brand new gaming PC

Its only started doing that 5 mins ago please tell me it isnt broken


im on my friends comuter in case u were wondering how im asking the question

I keep getting this error message:
Invalid Date/Time. Please correct it and try again.
There might have been an error in your date conversion based on your TIME ZONE setting,

AND - My blog is all garbled, it looks like this:

26%nsbp%I%

and so on.

THERE IS NOTHING WRONG WITH THE DATE AND TIME.

I can't reach TOM or anyone else.

Help.

like Video Professor etc.....online courses..etc...i have done some non credit computer evening courses but found they moved too fast (8 Hours)and credit college courses give far too much detail...meant more for those in IT field etc...

I am looking to build a pc. In your opinion what is the best gaming motherboard available?

My preference is to have a motherboard that is very very fast... i am going with 8800 Ultras and would like to use a Ageia PhysX™ processor as well.

Any suggestions would definately be helpful.

I was looking at:

ASUS P5N32-E SLI or the Striker Extreme however if you have any better suggestions... let me know

Our computer was fried in an electrical storm. Fortunately I have a backup of our files and settings on an external hard drive (this was made using Windows XP Professional). All I really care about is restoring our files to a different computer. My choices are: using my husband's work computer, which also runs Windows XP Pro or use our soon-coming new computer which will have Windows Vista Home Premium.
Is it possible to open the .bkp file in our external hard drive using my husband's computer and restoring just the files (I don't want to overwrite his work stuff)? Or will everything be restored? Is it possible to do this on our new computer with Vista, even though the backup was made using XP?
Help!

The whole story is I installed office 2003, computer running slow so I bought more memory, I have two bays only one filled with 512mb, ddr sdram PC2700. I tried to put in the 1 GB in the other bay, not ever previously used, and the computer kept beeping at me and would not boot. I took it out and replaced the old 512mb with the 1 gb in the working bay and everything runs fine, also when I tried to put the old working 512mb in the "bad" bay the computer again would not start. My question is do I have a "Bad" bay, or is there something in CMOS I have to do. I run XP and the computer motherboard is a ABIT SG72 Pentium 4 2.26ghz maximum memory 2048MB.

I have a form which has a select element with about 5 options. Once the form is submitted, the various elements are repopulated so the user can reuse in information for a similar set of data. Most of the fields are text so this is pretty easy, but I'm trying to figure out a simple way to select the item in the select box with out having to do an "if" statement before each element of the select box. Any ideas?

ok, so i want to buy a 250 GB external hard drive... i have a hp that has enough space for me to do anything on really, i just dont want it all on my computer... for example, all my music, pictures, i have a few Sims 2 games... and software like my webcam, my digital camera software, my mp3 player software... would i be able to put that kind of stuff onto an exteral hard drive, or are those only for files and stuff??

for some reason my ram is always running at 50 %.i have 382 mb of ram,(and i dont think i need more),and for some reason its always running at 150 mb or less.i dont have many proccesses.only about 35 which is good,and i dont have any big programs running bu yet my ram is so low! and im running xp.if that helps.

My parents bought me a brand new Sony VAIO (don't know the model number) laptop on Valentine's Day (February 14th) of this year. On May 5th I got in a wreck, I flipped my car two-three times; the computer was in a bag but it broke anyway. (I guess because of the impact.) The casing is cracked on one side right below the keyboard...the computer still works but since the computer has a warranty I would like to send it back. I am almost sure I have hard drive damage, since the computer has bad little tweaks since I got in the wreck. My father paid an extra $200 for insurance through WAL*MART (which is where he purchased the computer). What I want to know is who I do I call?
