My parents bought me a brand new Sony VAIO (don't know the model number) laptop on Valentine's Day (February 14th) of this year. On May 5th I got in a wreck, I flipped my car two-three times; the computer was in a bag but it broke anyway. (I guess because of the impact.) The casing is cracked on one side right below the keyboard...the computer still works but since the computer has a warranty I would like to send it back. I am almost sure I have hard drive damage, since the computer has bad little tweaks since I got in the wreck. My father paid an extra $200 for insurance through WAL*MART (which is where he purchased the computer). What I want to know is who I do I call?

1. You should claim on your car insurance if you can
2. your dad should have received a policy document for the insurance policy - ring them first and see if it is covered under the policy. accidental damage of this nature might not be

Pririty first. broken reveal doen't propose that your equipment is carefully broken. Your all archives is undamaged. no longer something to rigidity. basically get reveal replaced. it could no longer value lots in case you will get a used one from Ebay. try in case you're able to do your self or get it finished via a tech. via the way in case you attempt to touch Sony after-sale service, if no longer lined in warrany might value a sprint below a private techi.

Call Walmart and state your Laptop Serial Number which is at the back of your laptop. They'll tell you about your warranty and where to claim it.
