I am trying getting help from yahoo I click the help icon after taht report problem to yahoo. It give me this massage (failed to submit log start the server) Also it is given me this massage (The istruction at "0x6230a140" referenced memory at "0x6230a140" The memory could not be "read"

If I plug my laptop into our BT phonline which has Broadband set up on, I should be able to just open up Internet explorer and be on the internet right? - I dont need any additional software?
- My flatmate has it all set up, but she is away for ages and I have not been able to dial up on my work laptop on that line. Any ideas? I am thinking about bringing down my own laptop and trying that, but no point if I need extra software.

When i view the pdf files in Acrobat i get the pictures and pages whick look like the scanned images.. but when i scan images the file sizes are very big. How is it that a complete book fits under 2MB as a pdf file? whats the reason and how to create such files if i want to put together large qty of data together in a file? plz help!!
