ok well firts of all download "bitcomet", go on http://bitcomet.com Its free! from there there is a number of torrent sites where you can download them for free. One of my favourites is www.mybittorent.com.
Also there is an other option go on: http://bittorrent.com It is more easy to use but doesnt have a good range.

I use utorrent, and it was free to download and use.
Go somewhere like download.com. I've never been asked for credit card details,nor had to register.
utorrent then gives you free use of the likes of mininova and bittorrent.
