Checkout for the memory, viruses and programs. Some programs could slow down a system uninstall the ones you no longer use, delete unnecessary files. Scan the system with up to date antivirus. If the problem continues format the hard disk and reinstall Operating Sysrtem and/or add additional memory.

Assuming that you're operating a cutting-edge version of residing house windows, run the "disk cleanup" device (this is below upload-ons/gadget equipment"). It take a couple of minutes, so be affected man or woman. Then defragment your disk - probable more advantageous than once. This s also below upload-ons/gadget equipment, and also needs a particular volume of patience :-) Run an outstanding set of anti-virus and anti-secret agent ware equipment. you'd be surprised how a lot this may help...

go to "system" /
choose "advanced" tab/
click on "settings" at "performance" /
choose "adjust for best performance" /

your display will be look classic, but its okay as long as your computer getting fast rite?

Go to RUN, type in msconfig, click on the start up tab, see what programs are running on your system and start up. Uncheck things that you don't want to run when you turn on your 'puter.
You should also do a defrag and clean up by going to accessories.
