I have PDF Converter 3, which converts a Word file to a PDF. Here is a freebie.

Info below.

The Portable Document Format (PDF) file format is commonly used to share Word documents among readers who might not have Word installed on their computers. The format preserves a document's layout and prevents editing in Word. Although Word does not provide a direct way to save documents in this format, many third-party software products provide the capability to convert Word documents to PDF and to convert PDF files into the Word file format.Word supports other ways that you can share documents so that the layout is preserved and editing is prevented. The method you choose depends on what you want to do and the software that readers of your document have.

well unless you want to buy adobe acrobat writer, its very expensive. I would reccomend a converter. You have it all as your document, prepared to save (you can do this with pictures to.)
Pretend you are going to print. Change the printer name to primopdf, and click print
And it opens up in acrobat!

www.primopdf.com/ is where you download this
