I have been to the keepvid site and other sites but whenever i type the link and try to download it its not in the .flv format what do i do? please help. Thanks to all!

go to keepvid.com and type flv at the end of each download it works i promise.

Using Firefox (a far better web browser than iexplorer) you can donwload from it web page a "addon" that allows you to download the videos from youtube,video google etc... later youll have to donwload a .flv player

You dont neccesaryly have to use firefox. You can download this program called sothink swf decompiler which lets you download flash files from any website. most video sites use flash to display the videos, so it is easy to download this way.

Do you have firefox? cause there is a addon that lets you download easly.

I use mozilla and an extension called videoDownloader.. and it works good...
