Gmail, yahoo, hotmail. Set the security question to one that only you can answer, so even if the kids change the password, you can change it back.

right here at your providers service . just make a childrens accouunt and set the parent controls and you're good to go

yahoo is really good, so is comcast and hotmail.... msn too!
