you know how at postsecret.com people send in their secrets and then other people can email in comments about them? how do you email in comments?

I have an NEC 3520 AW ("W" is from latest firmware).
I want to make it into a regionfree or region 0 drive so I do not have to worry about running out of region changes.
Is there a program that I can buy or download or is there a flash utility that can change the setting to region 0?
I do not have to worry about warranty issues, as it is more than one year old and the warranty is over. I really do want to be careful, as to not ruin the drive, because it has been a very, very good burner.
Any help or experiences that anyone has ad with this issue on this drive would be most appreciated.

It seems that after going to "upload picture" option on "edit profile" page, page is being redirected to Yahoo photos (???),... instead of just uploading pic as usuall. I search Yahoo Help from "chat", "member directory" and "photo" pages, but info there is either old and incorrect or there is no info at all. Thank you Yahoo for adding more bloatware and screwing our profiles ...duh!
