my IT manager was fuming that we only work on low value project just because it is a favourite of the marketing group. he wants to get away from departmental politics. i want a draft memo that proposes a systems review committee for my company. i also want the advantages and disadvantages plus a set of ground rules for committee meetings that should focus on the overall benefit of the company. i also want a presentation of slides for Management review purposes.

Prepare the draft memo on these points.
I cant prepare a draft you need but some points.

2) A "pert" chart.
3) viability of the project.
4)R O I of the project ( return on investment )
5) Details of ROI.
6) Basics of the project if upgrading is required to be given.
7) Group members for discussions of the project
