How do you move bookmarks from FireFox to IE7?

Why would you go from FireFox to IE7? That's like moving from the Bronze Age to the Stone Age... Most of the viruses and spyware on the market are geared towards IE. Your best bet is to stick with FireFox. I've used it for quite some time, and it hasn't let me down.

Might be a plugin that you can download for firefox that does the exporting to a certain formats so IE7 can recognize

There is a plug-in for it on the extentions site. If you can't find it there is a program on the web that will do it.
