I have been to the keepvid site and other sites but whenever i type the link and try to download it its not in the .flv format what do i do? please help. Thanks to all!

go to keepvid.com and type .flv at the end of each download it works i promise.

First install Firefox (a better web browser) then install a "addon" named "Video Downloader" that does what you need. Download a .flv player.

Add the extension .flv to the file name.
