Chinese Yamati scooter with 257cc engine overheating. Replaced temp sensor, thermostat, added second fan .... no luck. Any suggestions welcomed

I do not want to repaint. I bought this tank to replace my rusty old one, but that one had been professionally repainted 10 years ago, and has no decals, as does the rest of my bike. Thanks.

any of you riders out there useing this product in your bikes
give me the lowdown on how you like it.what is the highest
temp that you have rode in useing this coolant and how did
it react.temperature readings in traffic and highway riding.
also any guys doing track days with this stuff if they let you.
i know you have to use water wetter at track days.i have already
drained and flushed old coolant twice with distilled water.then
added engine ice everything is fine .just want to know temps

it will also go in the 1000.thanks guys.

A friend of mine told me this was the case but he's usually blowing smoke so I didn't know if it was true. This seems odd as Harley would have to reconfigure as many owners of bikes & would cost people tons of $$?

i got the pipe of a mate very cheap as he is geting a new yoshimura pipe... there is only one pipe that is sold in australia to fit on the gt650 and its 4times the cost the viper pipe i got.and fitting the pipe will only take little modification

The Oil cap on my bike calls for 10W-40.
Will Synthetic 5W-40 be OK in my bike year all year 'round?
By the way, I'm the most concerned about not harming my engine above anything else.
